Firefighters failed to extinguish a fire that broke out on Monday on the fourth floor of an Iranian Ministry of Energy building in the center of Tehran.

A reporter for the "RT" in Iran Omar al-Hawash said Tuesday that dozens of firefighters were unable to extinguish the fire in the 8-story building, pointing out that the floor that broke out in the fire is an archive of papers and documents belonging to the Iranian Ministry of Energy. It is noteworthy that the company that built this building 42 years ago was the same as the Plasko Tower, which collapsed about a year ago in a fire that killed 25 people, most of them firefighters.
